A fundamental component of delivering projects on time and on budget is also ensuring that every project is delivered in a safe and incident free manner. Safety is a key element in the success of every project and something we take very seriously.

Acadian Construction was among the first construction firms to embrace proactively the NB Construction Safety Association’s Certificate of Recognition.

Employees at every level, including management, site staff, sub contractors and suppliers are responsible and accountable for the company’s overall safety initiatives. It’s also why we have a Health and Safety Leader and Safety Coordinator to help guide Acadian’s safety commitment moving forward.

Acadian’s safety program follows the guidelines recommended by the New Brunswick Construction Safety Association (NBCSA) and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Acadian Construction is COR (Certificate of Recognition) validated from the NBCSA. This certification needs to be audited yearly to maintain the accreditation. Acadian Construction achieved a 100% mark in 2023 for its External Audit.
