Description:

This project was a modernizing an aged strip mall on the outskirts of the downtown area in Moncton. This project featured several changes for aesthetic purposes but also several changes to the function of the building and the building systems. To modernize the outside of this building new alpolic panels, painting, lighting and signage was completed. There were also several upgrades to this building as required including new rooftop units, new service entrance for electrical, new roofing, pavement, and an added garbage enclosure. With this building starting off as partially occupied, after these new changes and bringing vacant units up to code, the building was fully occupied by the end of this project.
