Spinco Moncton offer a new Spinning Studio that offers a new experience for its users. A spinning studio with 44 bike lead by an instructor moving at unison to the beat of the music. The 2500sf Studio is completed with two full set of washrooms, Merchandise Area, Lockers, Reception Area, Full Laundry Room & an Office. Acadian was contracted in the conceptual phase to lead the project through design & construction phases on this project.

The Fredericton spin studio is Spinco’s second location in New Brunswick. This studio offers daily classes, Spinco merchandise and corporate events. This project is in Fredericton’s growing north end. After completing the construction of the Moncton location, there were a lot of similarities for the construction and design team. This studio follows Spinco’s design requirements with adjustments where required for the best use of this space. Special consideration needed to be taken regarding the HVAC system and soundproofing requirements to keep it cool for their members and quiet for their neighbours.
