Description:

CAFi is a project consisting of 3 separates units on 2 floors, with 3 distinct functions which are administration, counselling, and recreation. The scope included demo of 3 units while maintaining some of the existing finishes & services. Office configuration have been modified to suit the new requirements. Existing HVAC, Electrical & Comms System were adjusted to suit the new layout. New reception, offices, meeting rooms, washrooms & 2 kitchenettes are the main feature of the facility.
