Description:

Expansion of 26,875sq.ft to an operational existing food production facility. Acadian Construction provided full construction management services for this project including Pre-Construction, and Construction. One of the challenges of this project was maintaining the operation of the existing facility during construction as well as maintaining access for a constant stream of product delivery. This project was delivered on budget and on schedule. This project is similar to The FIAA Terminal Expansion as the renovation and expansion occurred in various phases while the building remained in complete operation.
