Description:

This new multi-tenant plaza was the first for this client as they entered into the landlord business. This building included the clients fit-up for a pet foods store, 3 vacant units around 1,300 sf each, a warehouse and an electrical room. The warehouse was for the pet foods store and offers them easy access for offloading trucks, storage and loading shelves. The vacant units were constructed to give flexibility to future tenants as they would be able to take the space available to accommodate their requirements as no demising walls were built, only 1 RTU and just the underground plumbing was completed for future washrooms.

Acadian was contracted to lead the project through the pre-design, design, and construction phases of this project.  Located on a corner lot at a busy intersection in Rothesay, all teams had to carefully navigate town by-laws, neighbouring houses and site conditions (elevations). Acadian worked with the town to sort through issues.
