Acting as a construction manager, Acadian Construction was responsible for the design coordination, construction, and handover of a new 10 bed assisted living facility. This new 12,000 square feet Hospice Facility is a slab on grade Insulated Concrete Form (IFC) from the footings to the underside of the trusses providing a very comfortable, quiet and energy efficient facility. The facility features a nice bright sunroom and dining room with ample day light, a full kitchen, nursing station and several family room.
