Description:

The new project for McGraw Seafood was completed in 2 phases, with the first phase being the construction of a new 10,000sf holding freezer complete with a new shipping and receiving area. The second phase, which construction began immediately upon completion of the first phase was roughly 40,000sf, of which 30,000sf was used for a new production line and the remaining used for staff amenities and administrations offices.

The new production line is currently being used for the production of snow crab. Special coordination was taking during the design process for coordination of multiple equipment suppliers. The construction schedule for this project was extremely important as one day in delay could of have substantial financial impact on the client due to short period of the snow crab fishing. Teamwork with subcontractors and suppliers on this project was key to the success.
