Acadian was contracted in the conceptual phase to lead the project through the pre-design, design, and construction phases of this project. Acadian has continued to provide budget updates to aid the ownership and engineering team in selection of materials and system, with Acadian providing on site solutions to maintain schedule and overcome the challenges of building through the winter in Atlantic Canada.
