Description:

This new office for Portfolio is located on St. George in the developing downtown area. This office offers a large space for employees with several meeting rooms, offices, work areas, a conference room, a kitchen and several washrooms. This corner unit provides a significant amount of natural daylight and was increased by replacing the overhead door with a large window. There were several challenges faced on this project due to age of the building and the unforseens. We were able to create the proper fire partitions, correct plumbing issues, upgrade the ventilation system, remove and close in old stairs, work with some of the current and wall placement to make a space desired by Portfolio.
