Description:

This project was a 7,000 sf, single-storey office fit-up. The space was designed to accommodate various functional areas, including offices, exam rooms, a kitchen, a boardroom, research lanes, as well as reception and waiting rooms. A special request from the client included the installation of dimmable lighting throughout the facility and the creation of exam rooms that can achieve absolute darkness. The project finished on schedule and slightly under the final budget after accounting for owner-requested changes.
