This UNI bank relocated from St George Street in Moncton to the new downtown location. Situated on the ground floor of Tannery Place in the heart of downtown Moncton, this space has a mix of exposed concrete floors throughout, industrial exposed structure ceilings, Teknion glass partitions, curved walls, and natural elements such as exposed maple accents. Additionally, this space has a large amount of custom millwork, from the curved wood panel walls at the main entrance to the fully custom teller stations, reception desk and kitchenette. Because the residential portion of the existing facility was already occupied, Acadian worked to reduce disruptions due to noise during construction as well as ensuring that construction activities posed no risk to vehicle and pedestrian traffic in the area.
